IAM Specialist

You will work on a long-term project for the leading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private clients franchise. 

We are looking for an IAM Specialist who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the secure and seamless migration of applications to central authentication solutions. The ideal candidate will focus on maintaining a positive user experience while ensuring compliance with relevant security standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Participating in the daily stand-up calls.
• Evaluating the current authentication application mechanism, identifying dependencies on existing Cloud authentication systems features
• Maintaining a clear and open communication stream with Application owners providing regular updates on their migration milestones.
• Onboarding applications into a ForgeRock or Azure Cloud Authentication Solution (following current processes and procedures).
• Provide technical skills and knowledge in the IAM solutions implementation using products such as ForgeRock,
• Adhering to Security best practices (including 2 Factor Authentication) and ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations
• Support Application Teams throughout the migration process through to final sign off
• Proactively identifying and supporting the resolution of issues quickly by working with the relevant stakeholders such as SL2, SL3, application team and escalating to senior management where required 
• Maintaining accurate and succinct documentation/reporting for each application (needs, constraints and timelines).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Provide high level status on migration to management highlighting progress and blockers
  

We are happy to hear from you if you have:

• 2+ years of experience with IAM solutions such as ForgeRock or Azure Cloud Authentication.
• Strong knowledge of cloud authentication systems and the ability to evaluate and migrate applications.
• Proficiency in implementing security best practices, including 2 Factor Authentication (2FA).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application migration in collaboration with various teams.
• Experience with documenting technical processes and maintaining accurate records of application needs and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English
• Familiarity with data protection regulations and compliance in IAM environments
