As an Customer Service Agent, your daily routine will involve receiving and handling incoming calls from customers in need of assistance while traveling abroad. For you, the role of an assistance coordinator means checking if the customer has travel insurance, how they are covered by it, referring them to hospitals, or possibly assisting with arranging their journey back home. In addition to this, you will convey information you gather from the customer to our partners and insurance companies.

To excel in this role, we would like you to have the following qualifications:
- Experience as a tour guide or a similar role is an advantage
- Experience in customer service
- Fluent in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian, both written and spoken
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Medical background, such as a nurse or similar, is an advantage but not a requirement
- A clean criminal record is a prerequisite

You are naturally curious and eager to acquire knowledge you are also goal-oriented and work in a structured manner. The role requires a lot of teamwork, where you support and assist each other in solving different cases, but you should also be comfortable working independently and be relatively self-reliant.
