Main Responsibilities:
- Develop warehouse processes based on company requirements and best practices and manage daily operations. Ensure proper documentation and authorization control before shipping to customers, optimize delivery and return order management, timely completion of the warehouse materials out of the warehouse movement registration, monthly inventory, and maintain accurate inventory records for the parts warehouse.
- Ensure sufficient local parts inventory in the Nordic region to meet customer demands. Forecast and manage annual and turnover inventory, achieve high parts fulfilment rates, and strive to improve inventory turnover.
- Assist in managing and promoting local parts sales in the Nordic region and ensure effective management of payment funds flow.
- Assist in establishing HSE mechanisms to ensure the safety of warehouse personnel, handling operations, cargo, and property.
- Facilitate freight booking management, assist in customs clearance, and strive to deliver locally stored parts from our own facilities within four days, particularly in resolving unexpected equipment breakdowns ASAP.
- Receive and process orders, operate forklifts, cranes, heavy-duty trucks, and other handling equipment/vehicles, and ensure on-time completion of cargo handling.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of experience in warehouse management.
- Experience in operating SAP and WMS systems.
- Background in the engineering machinery parts industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in cross-cultural team collaboration.
