Title: HR Manager
Location: Boldon Business Park (Head Office), with travel across the North East
Salary: £37,500 - £42,500 (based on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are a leading group of care companies based in the North East, dedicated to providing exceptional care services across the region. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our HR function.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure compliance with all UK employment laws, including the latest updates from the Labour Government.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and reward programmes.
• Design and manage incentive schemes for senior leadership.
• Roll out a formal, KPI-driven appraisal system for office-based staff.
• Lead our HR function ensuring high standards of service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• CIPD accreditation (Level 5 or higher) or equivalent UK HR formal accreditation.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within the care industry or a related sector.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
