Care Assistant - flexible hours- Hammersmith and Fulham

Bluebird care provides support to young adults 16+ and mature/elderly with Learning Disabilities, complex clinical needs some of which include Dementia, Tracheostomy, PEG, Autism, Epilepsy, Alzheimer’s and many more health conditions.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant 

• Providing personal care duties
• Administering medication
• Manual handling, using equipment where required
• Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full
• Out-reach and companionship
• Live-in / Night Care
• Domestic / Shopping Service

We are currently looking for Care Workers for weekday, evenings and weekends. Part time roles are a minimum of 16 hrs per week and must include either weekends, weekday evenings or a combination of both.
