Responsibilities include:

🕵️‍♂️ Moderating mild to moderately sensitive content.

📚 Staying updated on products and community standards.

🧐 Reviewing comments, videos, and posts for guideline compliance.

🤝 Addressing account support requests and content reports.

💬 Providing high-quality support to users.

🌍 Using market-specific knowledge to enhance community assistance.

📊 Analyzing data for better user experience.

🚫 Enforcing platform policies and addressing abuse reports.

🔄 Identifying workflow inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.

📈 Recognizing trends and escalating issues beyond standard procedures.

Required skills:

🔥 Fluent in Danish.

☕️ Working proficiency in English.

💬 Excellent communication skills.

👀 Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

💼 Experience with content moderation preferred.

📱 Familiarity with Social Media platforms.
