Executive Director – Property and Facility Management

Ideal Candidate:

  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail
  • Expertise in selling maintenance services or integrated facility services
  • Adept at providing client-centered solutions
  • Creative, innovative, and analytical thinker
  • Proficiency in English
  • Over 3 years of experience in Construction/Installations, Real Estate, Engineering, Project Management, or Sales
  • Experience in property management is a plus
  • Higher education

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management:

  • Negotiate contract clauses with contractors, ensuring compliance and profitability.
  • Monitor contract durations and renegotiate terms to benefit the company.
  • Verify financial documentation and ensure accuracy in all property management processes.
  • Supervise subordinates and suppliers, ensuring adherence to employment and service contracts.
  • Oversee tenant relations and ensure compliance with building owners' contractual obligations.

Internal Financials:

  • Negotiate supplier relationships to maintain profitability.
  • Conduct profit loss analyses for projects and suggest budget adjustments or profit-maximizing strategies.
  • Optimize service delivery methods and explore cost-effective staffing solutions.

Commercial:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new clients, driving revenue growth.
  • Propose and deliver additional services to both new and existing clients.
  • Participate in preparing bids for tenders, ensuring competitive and compelling offers.

Legal:

  • Ensure compliance with all commercial obligations and negotiate favorable contract terms.
  • Monitor certifications and attestations, ensuring the company maintains the necessary credentials for ongoing operations.
