We're a medium-sized, owner-managed company with headquarters in Windischeschenbach. We also have branches in Nuremberg and Munich. We offer medical technology and IT services for practicing physicians and clinics throughout Bavaria.

Our 360° concept ensures that everyday practice runs smoothly and is a unique service package that combines IT and communications technology with high-quality medical products.

We want to support doctors in making healing and helping patients the focus of their everyday lives. For owners and employees, everyday practice is often dominated by topics that have little to do with their actual passion. That is exactly what we want to change!

Requirements

▪ Technical training, completed training as a technician or medical technician / technician for devices and systems, training in the field of electrical engineering or comparable

▪ Initial experience in medical technology is an advantage - but NOT a requirement

▪ Interest in sales is preferred, with the focus on technical support

▪ Strong communication and presentation skills

▪ Service-oriented working style

▪ Willingness to travel in the assigned area

▪ Independence, good organizational and planning skills

▪ Ability to make contact and enjoy dealing with people

Tasks Responsibilities

▪ Technical support in the field of medical technology

▪ Customer service / advice

▪ Focus is on device testing (STK and MTK) in the field

▪ Repairs to medical devices in the office and in the field

Hiring Process

1) First interview: Phone or Zoom interview to understand the candidate’s background and personality.

2) On-site interview: Personal meeting in Windischeschenbach or a branch (Munich, Nuremberg) for a personal introduction.

3) Trial day: Observation with colleagues for 1-2 days to understand the job.

4) Final interview: Review of the trial day and discussion of further details with the team.

5) Decision: Final decision after consultation with the team.
