Admin & Customer Service Analyst - Part Time

Key Responsibilities: Administration:

• Check and record customer payments.
• Support in preparing documents for public tenders.
• Assist with debt collection.
• Perform back-office and front-office activities.

Customer Service:

• Respond to customer comments, suggestions, complaints, and problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Process day-to-day customer enquiries via email and resolve issues.
• Provide customers with information on company policies and procedures.
• Investigate and forward complex complaints.
• Assist customers with returns, exchanges, or refund requests and issue credit notes.
• Input new customer master data into ERP systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service roles (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Basic knowledge of the English language.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer use and software applications.
• Ability to handle customer interactions in a courteous, professional, and empathetic manner.
• Active listening skills to understand customers’ needs and concerns.
• Problem-solving orientation to resolve customer requests or problems quickly and effectively.
