As a customer service agent, you will be part of a dynamic team handling inquiries from customers for big international brands.

Your primary tasks will include:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Resolving customer issues in an efficient and friendly manner.

Recording and updating customer data in our system.

Qualifications:

Fluent or C2 level in Spanish (written and spoken).

English B2-C1.

Strong communication skills and the ability to make well-considered decisions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.

Good technical skills
