Training Lead (Wind River Studio Deployment)

We are looking for a Training Lead to support our client’s engineering teams in adopting a new DevSecOps platform, Wind River Studio. In this role, you will design and implement strategic training programs and collaborate with stakeholders to create effective learning experiences. The ideal candidate is independent, experienced, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan for Wind River Studio deployment.
• Work with subject-matter experts to create online and in-person training content.
• Collaborate with the Wind River learning team to maintain up-to-date e-learning materials.
• Manage and streamline training content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ensure training aligns with project goals and gather feedback to improve content.
• Tailor training materials for different user roles and expertise levels.

Qualifications:

• IT-technical background with 5+ years of experience designing and delivering technical training.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear and accessible learning materials.
• Experience with LMS tools and managing multiple training initiatives.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with Cornerstone or Skilljar LMS.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry.
• Basic graphic design skills.
