About the Job

As a Product Manager at Teledyne FLIR, you will play a key role in driving the success of our enterprise security solutions, from strategy development to product launch. You’ll lead market research, roadmap development, and lifecycle planning to ensure our products meet the evolving needs of our customers. Working closely with sales, business development, and engineering teams, you will ensure our solutions stay competitive, customer-focused, and aligned with business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Market analysis and strategy: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, refine pricing strategies, and support business growth with strong business cases.

• Product roadmap development: Lead the creation and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring they align with market demands and business goals.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with sales, business development, and engineering teams to ensure product delivery aligns with both customer needs and business objectives.

• Product lifecycle management: Drive product requirements from concept through development, ensuring customer feedback and market insights shape the final product.

• Product launch and marketing support: Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop impactful product launch strategies, including positioning, messaging, and market segmentation.

• Customer engagement and feedback: Act as the product expert, providing continuous support to sales and customer service teams and integrating customer feedback into product updates.
