The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer-focused skills, offering support and guidance related to pet insurance policies.

Your tasks

• Provide top-notch customer support regarding insurance policies.
• Handle payment processing and refunds.
• Resolve inquiries and offer general assistance regarding coverage.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Your profile

• Flemish profile with proficiency in French.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in similar sectors such as insurance, tourism, or entertainment.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong ability to solve problems.
• Availability to work the designated schedule (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00).
