We are looking for a key employee capable of reading minds and can help our sales team! All Jokes aside we would really love your help. You will report to our 'Sales Admin Supervisor' and support them to give the sales team and in turn what our customers really need to solve their solution!

The team specialize in working with our new and existing customers, those customers purchasing hiring new used forklift trucks and material handling equipment.

Here's what you’ll do:

⚙️ Liaising with the sales team to process orders in accordance with sales order and invoicing vehicles for handover.

⚙️ Completing all administration. Any brand requirements.

⚙️ Working with sales team and other teams to ensure all records are kept up to date.

⚙️ To Secure develop strong customer relationships.

⚙️ Liaise with our Suppliers.

⚙️ Maintain vehicle stock list.

⚙️ Maintain digital stock records as per dealer management systems and manufacturer systems.

⚙️ Ensuring vehicles are funded within the required timelines.

⚙️ Liaise with workshop to prepare vehicles for handover.

⚙️ In outgoing telephone calls.

⚙️ Data entry.

⚙️ Be able to work in a busy and fast paced team.

⚙️ Competency with use of Microsoft data systems.

⚙️ 8:30am - 5pm (with 1 hour lunch)

⚙️ Full-Time position

⚙️ Candidates with experience as Sales Administrator within a Material Handling / plant / equipment hire, ME Engineering contracting, or transport / logistics background would be preferred, however, candidates with the relevant administrator experience from any background will be considered.

⚙️ Focused individual who is self-motivated and able to organize themselves and recognize what needs to be done to achieve their goals.

⚙️ Maintaining the highest professional standards in all areas of work

⚙️ Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

⚙️ Ability to work under pressure in a calm, professional, efficient, and courteous manner.

⚙️Must have a pro-active approach to their work and be able to work using your own initiative as well as part of a team.

⚙️ Computer skills required with good knowledge of Word and Excel

⚙️ Hold a valid permit to work in the UK.
