So, you’re looking for a new job in business administration? How about an exciting role working within a busy Quality Team? You’ll get to support the delivery of one-of-a-kind projects and a varied range of services.

As a Quality Administrator, you will provide professional administrative support to the Quality Team, including support to the business Management System, internal audits and action management.

You will input and maintain accurate and effective information in IT systems and assist the Quality Team in the process of delivering the business assurance program me from planning to completion, including producing standard reports and managing non-conformances, and following up subsequent processes in line with company procedures on IFS.

You will also liaise with a number of internal stakeholders as required to assist Quality initiatives and support mapping processes. And in addition, you will prepare and maintain documentation for review within the team, in line with ADSL’s processes and standards.

You will have the opportunity to develop the role supporting the Quality Assurance Managers through improving the Management System and enhancing the use of the SharePoint platform.

You’ll be part of a great team, with a supportive manager, which means you’ll need to be able to work effectively with others and maintain constructive relationships within the team and across the business.

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience of office administration work preferably in a Quality Management environment, comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs particularly Excel Spreadsheets, and excellent organization and communication skills (both written and spoken), amongst other essential skills.

You must have a minimum of five GCSE level (or equivalent) including English Language and Math's, Computer Qualification and be MS Office proficient.

An NVQ qualification in Business Administration would also be desirable but not essential.
