Are you a proactive and organized professional with a knack for coordinating multiple services? As a Support Services Coordinator, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of our support services, supporting the Support Services Manager, maintaining high standards, and fostering strong relationships with our suppliers, customers, and partners.

You will oversee the day-to-day service provision of identified support services suppliers, ensuring compliance with contracts and ADSL processes. Additionally, you will assist the Support Services Manager with diary management, meeting coordination, scheduling, minute taking, and record keeping. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and suppliers, you will address any issues or incidents promptly.

Maintaining and updating support services training records, communicating competency gaps, and managing the training register will be key responsibilities. You will also investigate complaints or incidents involving support services, suppliers, and partners, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and resolution.

Ready to join the team?

It is essential to have a good level of literacy and IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Proven experience of high-quality communication and stakeholder management is required. Candidates should be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in English Language and Math's, possess a full clean driving license, and hold an IOSH Managing Safely certificate or equivalent.

Essential qualities include proven experience of providing administrative support in a demanding and performance-driven environment, with the ability to operate using initiative and flexibility. A good communicator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, is crucial. The ability to carry out functions in an organized and logical manner with a flexible and loyal approach is also necessary.

Salary: Up to £30,600 Location: Aldershot
