Sales Development Representative* (SDR)

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Carry out outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calls, emails, social selling, events, etc.) to create a first point of contact with the prospect and obtain an appointment. Process and qualify inbound leads generated by the Marketing team
  • Qualification: Qualify and understand the prospect's needs.
  • Collaboration: Transfer the prospect's information to our Account Executives to enable them to sign the new customer deals.
  • CRM: Monitor your performance using activity metrics from our CRMs (Salesforce, Sales loft).
  • Feedback: Help to improve the SDR team's processes and make suggestions.
  • Reporting: Report your activity to your manager.
  • Data: Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize campaign results.

Hierarchy and interactions:

  • Reports to the SDR Team Lead
  • Interacts with Marketing, Sales and Alliance Partnership.

What experience and skills do we need?

  • 3 years' higher education from a business school
  • A native level of French and a good level of English (written and spoken) are essential. Spanish is a plus.
  • You will have initial experience as an SDR in a fast-growing B2B environment.
  • You have a flair for sales, a strong appetite for a challenge, and you're resilient and always ready to bounce back.
  • You have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
