Your missions

- Team Management: Direct a team of 10 accountants and be fully responsible for all accounting operations, including tax compliance, financial reporting, and regulatory filings.
- Advisory to customers: Offer expert advice on accounting risks and compliance to clients.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage accounting-related risks to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Building Partnerships with third-parties: Oversee relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper archiving and database management.

- Regulatory Interaction: Liaise with regulatory bodies on company and client accounting matters.

Your ideal profile

• • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field accounting/audit certifications are a plus.
    
  • 7-10 years in accounting (at least 5 in Luxembourg) leadership experience is essential.
  • Skills: Proficient in Lux GAAP, fluent in French and English.
  • Compliance: Experience with anti-money laundering and compliance regulations.
