Your missions

As Life Insurance Market Leader, you will :

• Be the primary contact for our Belgian and Dutch clients and partners.
• Handle all general inquiries from customers and operational activities.
• Onboard new partners such as brokers, asset managers, and custodian banks.
• Coordinate with internal departments like Legal, Asset Controlling, Wealth Planning, and Sales and work closely with all business lines.
• Ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Participate in numerous operational and strategic projects.
• Contribute your expertise and insights.
• Ensure all activities adhere to AML and compliance standards.
• Reflect our commitment to integrity in international business.
• Provide a supportive and dynamic working environment to the Team.

Your ideal profile

Are you a seasoned professional from the Life Insurance sector with a knack for building strong client relationships? Do you thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment? 

What we expect:

• Minimum 10 years in a similar position within the financial industry.
  
• Deep knowledge of the Belgian LPS market is a clear advantage.
• Perfect fluency in Dutch and French, both written and spoken, is required. 
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to independently manage issues with a proactive approach.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a structured and reliable work methodology.
• Strong team player with availability and flexibility.
