Your next challenge:

As a Listing Agent, you will have a key role in our sales team, maintaining ongoing contact with buyers in a fast-paced and varied environment. You will have significant responsibility for structuring your work, and there are ample opportunities for professional development and advancement.

As a Listing Agent in Estepona, your responsibilities will include:

Contacting property owners who have shown interest, Visiting and evaluating properties for sale. Using creativity and drive to find both sellers and properties for sale. Preparing listing agreements Building long-term customer relationships

Who are we looking for?

To thrive in this role, we are seeking someone who enjoys creating long-term customer relationships but is also comfortable with a fast-paced environment. The ability to take initiative, work independently, and provide creative solutions are key attributes for success in this position. If you have previous sales experience, are accustomed to reaching out to sellers, and provide service that exceeds expectations, you will quickly adapt to the role and deliver results.

To succeed in this role, the following requirements apply:

- Fluency in English or Swedish, both spoken and written Excellent knowledge of Spanish, additional languages are advantageous

- Previous sales experience, preferably in outbound sales

- Driver's license 

- It is considered advantageous if you are familiar with the Costa del Sol area and have worked in Estepona or Marbella and its surroundings, as well as have knowledge of the real estate market in Spain.
