What we are looking for

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive strategic initiatives to further enhance our brand and market presence.


What does the job involve

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and generate demand for our products and services. You will oversee all marketing operations, including campaign planning, digital marketing, content creation, social media management, market research, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for marketing innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the SVT’s overall business goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, driving business growth.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.

DigitalMarketing:

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, PPC, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to ensure a competitive edge.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Create and manage promotional materials, both online and offline, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to promote the brand.

Content Creation & Social Media:

  • Oversee the content marketing strategy,including blog posts, video content, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Ensure the content is aligned with thebrand voice, and engage customers with compelling and relevant material.
  • Track social media performance metrics and work to enhance community engagement.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understandcustomer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-makingand adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Create detailed reports on marketing campaigns, market performance, and trends to present to senior leadership.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team,fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, research & development, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure successful project execution.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

  • Creative thinker with a passion for driving innovative marketing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative approach to working with others.
  • Experience in post-harvest products is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
