We are looking for a well-structured and efficient person to join our team as a Project Manager. You will lead different types of projects and will be responsible for the customer delivery on time, on budget, and at quality. Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for technical project management of customer projects from order to customer delivery and follow up.

• Monitor and control in-house and outsourced production to ensure delivery on scope, time, cost, and quality.
• In close collaboration with the Development & Design team, ensure the design is translated into detailed design and production drawings.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and production partners to further improve cost, quality, and delivery accuracy.
• Participate operationally in the projects within areas of expertise.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and environmental standards.

Profile

We see that you have experience from, and have a personality suitable for, handling several, relatively short customer projects in parallel. Our project usually have high technical and development content. On the client side we typically work with several project members in R&D who become an integral part of our team.

We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in chemical, mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or project management.
• Project management experience, planning, monitoring, reviewing, and controlling projects.
• Strong communication skills, conveying ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders.

Catator delivers cutting-edge catalyst solutions to the hydrogen industry. The world is rapidly transitioning to renewable energy sources like wind and solar.
