We are looking for a proactive and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Plasman Europe Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to both leadership and employees, offering HR guidance and support. This role requires a broad understanding of so called HR-processes, a passion for people, and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization. As an HRBP, you will work closely with our Plasman Europe HQ organization as well as collaborate with our HR Managers across Europe.
Key responsibilities:
· Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, performance, and retention.
· Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure the company is equipped for the future.
· Provide day-to-day HR support to departments, ensuring that HR processes are implemented effectively and consistently. Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
· Work environment and Union co-operation at our HQ office in Gothenburg.
· Promote a culture of transparency and open communication, ensuring that employees are informed and engaged with company updates and initiatives.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or similar role, including Swedish Labour Law and practice.
· Strong knowledge of HR processes, including employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism and empathy.
