🚀 Your mission will be:

• Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process.
• Active talent recruitment via different channels.
• Manage onboarding and new hire integration into organization.
• Prepare recruitment and onboarding materials and documentations.
• Support managers in regards of recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide analytical recruiting reports and make recommendations for improvements. 

⭐Must-haves forsuccess:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter in an international environment.
• Familiarity with either HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Management Systems (CMS) is considered as advantage.
• Very good level of Estonian and English, both spoken and written in combination with good communications skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Eligibility to live and work in the EU.

We are Nordic Aviation Group, a trusted Capacity Provider Airline group owned 100% by the Republic of Estonia, and have grown into the biggest airline in the country. We currently employ over 700 people from 30 different countries and have bases in Tallinn, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Turku, Aarhus and Vilnius. We operate long-term ACMI production under wet-lease contracts for major airlines within Europe and utilize two successful brands, Nordica and Xfly.
