We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer with a focus on Workday Adaptive Planning to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and support for Workday Adaptive Planning.
Location: Glendale, CA – Onsite 4 days a week
Sector: Entertainment & Media
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA analysts, and other technical resources to deliver Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
- Focus on solution development and production support while interacting with onshore and offshore development resources, vendors, professional service providers, and global business partners.
- Become familiar with the current Adaptive Planning application and infrastructure architecture.
- Partner with the current Implementation Partner to develop solutions for enhancements or bug fixes.
- Support various system testing phases (QA, SIT, UAT, E2E, Performance).
Qualifications:
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification (required).
- 7+ years of experience in software development.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Proven ability to provide accurate estimates and realistic implementation schedules for tasks, projects, and initiatives.
- Experience with Adaptive's REST APIs and updating Adaptive's data model.
- Strong understanding of Workday concepts related to levels, attributes, dimensions, sheets, and accounts.
- Ability to design complex solutions with Adaptive Integrations.
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins) and build tools (Maven/Ant).
- Strong working knowledge of forecasting, contract management, revenue accounting, licensing, and IT standards.
