We're on the lookout for financial services professionals to join the international team at our customer who is assembling a diverse team of investment specialists.

This opportunity is tailored for individuals with a keen interest in pursuing ambitious career paths within one of our esteemed digital banking programs.

In this role, you'll engage with high-profile clients from one of Europe's leading digital banks. Your responsibilities will include offering savings advice and introducing cutting-edge banking products with attractive returns.

The primary focus is on addressing the needs of bank customers via various communication channels such as calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat, delivering top-notch service while showcasing innovative digital banking products in the German market.


Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service for banking-related issues like account opening, password locks, transfers, etc.
  • Manage back-office tasks, including responding to emails and WhatsApp messages.
  • Present and promote banking products.
  • Adhere to transparency requirements, service information, and client protection regulations related to investment products.
  • Report and follow up on application anomalies.
  • Meet quality standards and sales objectives set by the entity.

Requirements

Education

  • Preferred studies in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Native-level proficiency in German.
  • Good level of English
  • Fluency in Spanish is considered as a plus.
