Administrator – Korean Desk

Overview:

Minnovation Services AB is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrator to join our team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will handle various office tasks and provide Korean translation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations for the Korean Desk, including handling entry and exit processes and clerical work.
  • Organize and maintain office files and records.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide translation for documents and communications between Korean and English.
  • Support in meetings with Korean-speaking stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both Korean and English with strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
