Freelance Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated Freelance Recruiter to join our global recruitment team. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing and engaging top talent for a variety of roles worldwide. This is a remote position, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for global positions across various industries.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using different recruitment platforms and channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring timely communication with candidates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in global recruitment, ideally as a freelancer.
• Expertise in sourcing talent across different regions and industries.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
