Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales and marketing? We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing promotional materials, managing congresses and events, and supporting our sales force activities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise purchase orders (POs), approve, reconcile, and receipt invoices for processing.
• Upload relevant subject matter on Pepperflow for approval as per SOPs.
• Organize conference logistics, including attendees, travel, furniture, health and safety, risk assessments, and stand cover.
• Support the sales team with national and local meetings, including agendas, contracts, speaker slide decks, and sponsorship agreements.
• Oversee the smooth running of the CPG warehouse for the sales team, including stock management, ordering, and distribution to account managers.
• Manage sales materials, including the withdrawal of expired materials, ordering new and existing materials, and ensuring all materials meet the highest standards and compliance codes.
• Work closely with external providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Contribute to internal reporting as required by the sales and marketing manager.
• Manage the GM’s diary and expense reconciliation, and arrange travel for the UK leadership team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in written work.
• Strong process and planning capabilities.
