Key Account Manager

Location: Düsseldorf

Job Description:

• Built and keep good relationship with EEES' and Online and Hypermarkets customers in the German open market/GSM.
• Main customers:
• Expert, Euronics, Mobilzone/Medimax, and with lower priority Onliners as Amazon and OTTO.
• General knowledge about the retail customers required. Best case experience in smartphone business. additionally, also possible accessoires, white or brown goods in that area of retail clients.
• Define the sals plan and accomplish the revenue target in the relevant channels.
• Regular customer visits, analyse customer requirements and capture sales opportunities.
• Evaluate company capabilities to meet customer needs.
• Collect market information.
• Align customers marketing opportunities and cooperate with our marketing department.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in comparable sales position.
• Experience either in smartphone business or knowledge about dedicated customers .
• Very good english skills.
• Soft skills: flexibility, loyality, open minded.
