Junior/Medior International Trader – English Speaking - FMCG

Are you a seasoned professional in international trading with a passion for the FMCG sector? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and excel in negotiating and closing deals? If so, we want you!

We're seeking an International Trader who can drive our growth and market presence. With your extensive skills in sales, marketing, and leadership, you will play a key role in expanding our business globally while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Engage in proactive sales and marketing activities to identify and establish new international business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and clients to ensure long-term success.
• Lead and mentor a team of traders, ensuring cohesive and effective performance.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with international partners, ensuring favourable terms.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely product delivery.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Report on trade activities and sales performance to senior management.

Desired skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 -4+ years of experience in international trading within the FMCG sector.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional negotiation capabilities and business acumen.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more additional languages.
• Goal-oriented, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills for market analysis and strategy development.
• Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.
