Field Service Engineer - Automation

Our client is a US company, a Global manufacturer and supplier of replacement toner and printer cartridges compatible with HP®, Canon, Lexmark™, Brother, and more brands.

Working Mode: Hybrid (Travel) 

Job responsibilities:
-Responsible for providing technical support, equipment maintenance and repair and other related after-sales service to customers in overseas markets
-Responsible for promoting key projects in overseas markets, providing door-to-door service according to demand, solving exceptions and meeting customer needs.
-Regularly visit customers, collect market, product and quality feedback, and propose improvement and optimisation solutions.
-Assist in dealing with equipment and product abnormalities encountered on overseas upgrade platforms and provide solutions.

Job Requirements:

-Familiar with automated production equipment and relevant maintenance experience 
-Strong hands-on ability, problem solving ability and business insight, good at thinking, analysing and summarizing
-Strong communication, expression and logical thinking skills strong adaptability, able to meet customer travel needs according to the company's needs
-Have good level of listen, speak, read and write in English
