Dutch/Flemish Inbound or Outbound Client Advisor

Your role

For the second largest energy producer and energy supplier in the Belgian market, we are looking for an Outbound Client Advisor candidate. As an Outbound Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of courteous and efficient customer service across multiple contact channels – phone, mail, chats social media.

Tasks

• Calling prospects via the delivered database / Receiving calls
• Active listening to understand the sales opportunities based on the needs of the client
• Comparing tariffs from other suppliers
• Convincing prospect to become a client
• Assisting with the digital contract signing
• The agent goes through the contract with the client (online) assists with the digital contract signing
• Proposing/selling other products and/or services such as energy control monitors, boiler maintenance, e-mobility items.

Requirements

• Diploma of Secondary Education
• Contact center experience is an asset
• High proficiency in Dutch/Flemish and fluent in English
• PC skills (experience with working with computer systems)
• Good writing skills
• Customer orientation - Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Persuasiveness – to convince others, while using clear explanations and well-formed arguments
• Empathy - Understands another person’s circumstances, point of view, thoughts, and feelings.
