Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a strategic injury law firm that prioritizes relationships with top attorneys to ensure clients receive the justice, medical treatment, and financial compensation they deserve. We are in search of Legal Assistants or Case Managers with personal injury experience.

We encourage current case managers at other firms to apply for the position of case manager assistant at our firm. If selected, you will be placed in our severe injury team, where you will work alongside experienced case managers handling severe injury cases, providing you with valuable learning opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Familiar with reporting claims to Insurance Carriers, Health Insurance carriers, and obtaining statutory liens 
• Able to obtain police reports, send out POEs, and process DMV requests 
• Able to assist with resolving and facilitating property damage claims 
• Able to request medical records and billing to help prepare cases for demand 
• Able to calculate Howell meds and Loss of Earnings (training is provided) 
• Organize electronic files according to internal procedure (training is provided) 
• Complete tasks as assigned and delegated in a timely and efficient manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Organized and able to multi-task 
• Consistency in attendance and punctuality
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and use case management software
• Motived self-starter who takes initiative to see tasks through to completion
• A passion to learn and grow
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required

COMPENSATION BENEFITS:

• Salary Compensation: $30- $40 hr
