Responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs and specifications.
• Request quotations, negotiate terms, and place orders.
• Provide elective guidance and follow up on orders.
• Resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle administrative follow-ups and invoicing.
• Ensuring an excellent relationship with the suppliers
• Ensuring first-call resolution in the communication with the client
• The project requires a lot of focus on detail as well as analytical skills good decision-making and independent thinking.

Requirements

• Secondary Vocational Education Level 4 or Higher Professional Education.
• Familiarity with purchasing processes and project management software (e.g., Monday) is a plus.
• Proficiency in French language
• Good command of English.
