Salesforce Consultant

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for redesigning various processes to further streamline communication between customers, office staff, and headquarters, with Salesforce as the central solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing new Salesforce processes
• Establishing contacts with the business and jointly developing a ‘to-be’ process
• Preparing, facilitating, and leading Joint Application Design sessions with various stakeholders
• Creating documentation and providing training and support to users
• Supporting integrations from Salesforce to other applications.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role related to Salesforce
• Experience within Financial Service Cloud and Service Cloud
• Knowledge of process modelling in Flow and Omnistudio
• Extensive knowledge of case management setup within Salesforce
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch (spoken and written).
