Personal Assistant

The client is currently seeking an experienced organizational and administrative professional to join their team as an Executive Assistant. This is a part-time contract role for up to 18 months, requiring 20 hours per week - 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. A one day per week presence in the Berlin office is not mandatory but strongly desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management, including calendar management, arranging travel, managing expenses, taking notes, preparing and managing meetings, maintaining reports and databases.
  • Plan and execute team events, offsites, and activities.
  • Work closely and partner with other EMEA assistants on various tasks and projects.
  • Foster team culture and create team-building moments.
  • Build effective relationships with other teams within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of professional experience, primarily in executive assistant roles within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with meeting collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work with leadership and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and deliver on priorities.
  • Proven track record of being reliable, prepared, responsive, eager to learn, and supportive.
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
  • Acute attention to detail and high-level organizational skills.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in German.
  • Fluent in English.
