Machine Build Tech

What you’ll do:

• Machine and electrical enclosure assembled in accordance with the SWO in agreement with the schedule. 

• Redlines of electrical/pneumatic connections.  

• Reception and validation of material for machinery assembly. 

• Assembly of all mechanical components based on the SolidWorks 3D drawing. 

• Creation of dispatch for the implementation of improvements found during the assembly phase. • Prioritize progress according to availability of materials.  

• Perform recovery analysis with multifunctional team to obtain a new assembly commitment date. 

What is required:

• Functional Competencies: Solid Woks, Draft sight, 2d interpretation of mechanical drawings. 2d interpretation of pneumatic diagrams, Knowledge of pneumatics, electronics, mechanics and electricity, applications and installations. Basic knowledge of Allen Bradley (Rockwell) components, Basic knowledge of Cognex/Keyence cameras and scanners

•Technical Career / Mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electronics or similar.
