Senior Frontend Software Engineer (Polish-speaking)

Technology stack in the Team:

• Applications and APIs are custom-tailored Django Apps, our CMS is Wagtail
• Responsive frontend is powered by Django and the Django REST framework and built from scratch using the latest technologies
• Frontend: ECMA6, Preact, PostCSS, Webpack
• Backend: Python, Django, Wagtail, REST-Api, Elastic, Postgres, Redis
• Design: Figma
• Continuous Integration, Containers, and Cloud-Hosting make our applications agile, fast, and scalable
• Infrastructure: Jenkins, AWS, Docker

• Develop new features for the massive existing user base
• Build clean and reusable code and libraries that support the future growth
• Be a part of the product specification UX/UI process and ensure the technical feasibility
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Support other developers

We are happy to hear from you if you have:

• 4+ years experience in JS (react preferred)
• Experience in HTML5, CSS ECMAScript
• Proficient knowledge of vanilla javascript, keep up to date with the latest ECMAScript APIs, and experience with any mv* framework (Preact preferred)
• Good knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them (we support IE11)
• Experience writing performant code and a good knowledge of page speed implications and optimizations
• Experience with Git Workflows
• Understanding of the basic SEO principles and know-how to ensure that the application will adhere to them
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Fluent English skills and good Polish
