IT and Information Security Specialist

Requirements

▪ At least 3 years of professional experience in IT system administration and/or IT security 

▪ Experience with information security management systems (ISMS) is an advantage

▪ Confident use of IT security tools and technologies as well as knowledge of current threats and attack methods

▪ Strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way

▪ Ability to work in a team, initiative and a structured and analytical way of working

▪ Good written and spoken German and English skills


Tasks Responsibilities

▪ Participation in the further development and adaptation of information security guidelines 

▪ Creation and maintenance of security concepts, guidelines, work instructions and resource plans

▪ Integration of security requirements in close coordination with various specialist departments

▪ Support in the investigation and analysis of security incidents

▪ Planning, implementation and continuous improvement of measures to reduce security risks and vulnerabilities

▪ Organization and implementation of internal security audits and preparation of corresponding reports

▪ Advice and support to specialist departments with regard to information security issues

▪ Implementation and coordination of training and awareness-raising measures for employees

▪ Taking on general tasks in the area of information security in accordance with current regulatory requirements (e.g. BAIT)

Hiring Process

3) Final decision: Offer or rejection based on the interviews.
