Head of Finance

Requirements

▪ Financial Competence: Deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles and financial markets with at least 7 years of relevant experience and proven track record.


▪ Strategic Thinking: Ability to align financial strategies with business objectives, supported by at least 5 years of experience.

▪ Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to build and lead the finance team and collaborate with other departments, based on at least 5 years of experience and proven track record.

▪ Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating financial terms and agreements, supported by at least 3 years of experience and proven track record.

▪ Analytical Skills: Competence in financial analysis and forecasting, supported by at least 5 years of experience.


Tasks Responsibilities

▪ Cash management: Your success is measured by the provision of overdraft facilities amounting to 20% of company turnover to provide sufficient liquidity for trading and operational needs.


▪ Bankability: Your success is measured by the fact that all relevant financing banks in the field of renewable energies, storage, hydrogen and HPCs accept  as a trading partner in order to offer their customers attractive non-recourse financing.

▪ Joint venture partners: Your success is measured by the fact that established joint venture companies have all necessary financial structures and processes in place within one month of being founded and that all reporting and compliance requirements are met.

▪ Reporting: Your success is measured by the fact that you meet statutory reporting obligations on time and accurately report relevant company progress and specific electricity trading KPIs for various stakeholders on a monthly basis.

▪ Raising equity capital: Your success will be measured by whether you raise the necessary equity capital from investors to ensure the platform development, internationalization and organic growth of our org.
