Your Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Responding to support queries following established protocols across email, chat, and phone interactions.
  • Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to gain insights and evaluating the impact of customer interactions.
  • Collaborating with management to meet objectives and enhance team performance.
  • Mentoring and coaching new team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
  • Handling escalated customer cases effectively and aiming to elevate overall customer satisfaction scores.

 Preferrable Background: 

  • Advanced proficiency in English at a B2-C1 level is essential.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.
  • Confidence and independence in time management while maintaining seamless collaboration with colleagues.
  • Capability to work with minimal supervision, leveraging your unique talents.
  • Strong computer skills to stay aligned with our technology and processes.
