As an Interview Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in building our client’s future by supporting the recruitment of team members worldwide. You will collaborate with our client’s recruiters and hiring managers to attract the best talent by providing efficient, accurate, and timely support for their screening and interview processes. Your role will be critical in ensuring that each candidate has an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a high volume of recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews or phone screens, arranging travel, and handling expense reimbursements.
  • Facilitate all onsite interviews, including greetings, breaks, lunches, and escorts.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, ensuring that onsite interview candidates have a delightful experience.
  • Serve as the main point of contact in the interview process for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers respond to questions and troubleshoot issues.
  • Communicate professionally at all times, representing the best of the company to candidates.
  • Manage recruiting and human resources data in the system, handle confidential candidate information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in human resources or a related administrative function.
  • Possess a positive, "can do," service-oriented attitude, with excellent follow-through on issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate professionally via email and phone with candidates and managers.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently, experience in a fast-paced high-tech environment is a plus.
  • Proven customer service skills, has a solid track record of delivering results and a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • A desire to constantly improve, fix processes, address issues, and solve problems.
