Position: Cybersecurity Analyst

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Management & Analysis: Investigate, contain, and respond to security incidents within the CSIRT team.
• Documentation & Tracking: Maintain thorough records of security incidents and their resolution.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity.
• Location: This is a local position based in Glasgow.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (bilingual or native level). Spanish is a plus for internal communication.
• Technical Expertise:
• Deep understanding of network security, including protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection.
• Familiarity with Malware taxonomies (MITRE).
• Knowledge of primary investigative and monitoring tools (QRadar, CrowdStrike, Akamai, etc.).
• Broad understanding of security tools and architectures (EDR, IDS/IPS, NDR, cloud security (Azure, AWS), and Windows/Linux systems).
