Key Account Manager to oversee relationships with enterprise clients, focusing on IT solutions in sectors such as banking and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs). The role involves client consultation, solution presentations, and project management to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Location:

Ho Chi Minh City

Functions:

• Consult directly with enterprise clients, presenting and advising on software, hardware, and IT service solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base.
• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and addressing additional needs.
• Develop comprehensive project proposals and collaborate with technical teams for seamless project execution.
• Achieve and drive sales targets, responsible for managing assigned projects.

Requirements:

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.

Valuable:

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.

Minimum experience: At least 3 years of experience in business development or account management within the IT sector, preferably in banking or enterprise environments.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.
