Our Client, a Global Company based in 11 countries is starting an innovative development program to enhance business and leadership skills so you are prepared to tackle tomorrow’s challenges.

Position: Android Developer

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, staff, coordinate, and periodically review development programs.
• Lead and take ownership of assigned tasks, fostering team collaboration across different sites.
• Coordinate and actively participate in scrum teams, driving development initiatives.
• Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 1-4 years of experience in Android application development.
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin for Android application development.
• Familiarity with mobile application development tools (e.g., GIT, JIRA), testing, Agile/Kanban processes, and configuration management.
• Strong project management and people management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
