Services required:

Mandatory Scrum Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the technical management and guidance of Scrum teams Project and Process Tracking: At least 2 years of experience with project and process tracking tools, e.g., Jira Software and/or Confluence. Leadership/Team Behavior: Proven experience in leading and moderating agile teams, including presenting results from technical meetings, workshops, and retrospectives' Industry Knowledge: Experience in applications for vehicle systems and information systems for travelers. Certifications: Relevant Scrum Master certification.

Desirable: Problem-Solving and Work Organization: Proven experience in root cause analysis, suggesting solutions, and evaluating solutions Language Skills: German language skills, native speaker or with a language certificate C2 or better.
