We’re looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our client team. You’ll create customer-facing content, including UI text, user assistance, product documentation, and API materials. Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Technical Support, Developer Advocacy, and Quality Assurance to deliver high-quality content that improves our client’s experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with product managers and engineers on documentation projects.
• Manage documentation projects from start to finish.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and UI content.
• Develop in-app guidance to assist customers.
• Communicate project progress and solve problems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in content development tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, Markdown, and GIT.
• Strong communication and writing skills in English.
