• Content Leadership & Innovation: Champion the creation of engaging, personalized content for CRM campaigns that aligns with our brand voice and enhances customer connections ✍️
• Insight-Driven Growth: Take the lead in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance. Offer thoughtful insights and recommendations to continuously improve ROI and elevate our overall impact 📊

Preferred Background:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 🎓
• Experience: Several years in CRM campaign management with a focus on improving CLV and driving revenue growth 📈
• Expertise: Strong background in multi-channel campaign execution and CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Emarsys 🛠️
• Creative Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar creative tools is a plus 🎨
• Communication & Analysis: Excellent analytical skills and marketing copywriting with fluent English; additional languages are an advantage 💬
