As a CRM Manager with casino experience, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy across email and chat channels. Your primary focus will be on driving growth, increasing customer lifetime value (LTV), enhancing loyalty, and improving retention rates. You will align these efforts with the broader digital strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs). The role also involves managing the scheduling, deployment, and continuous optimization of customer communications across various platforms, including email, SMS, and chat channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns and data-driven decision-making. Casino experience is required!

Your responsibilities will be: 

  • Define and develop a comprehensive CRM strategy across email and chat channels, focusing on growth, LTV, loyalty, and retention, while aligning with broader digital strategies and KPIs.
  • Create and refine audience segments, developing strategies to ensure communications are targeted and relevant, and continuously identify opportunities to grow our audience.
  • Oversee the scheduling and deployment of all customer email campaigns and newsletters for our eight products.
  • Manage chat newsletters on platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram, ensuring consistent and engaging communications.
  • Manage and continuously optimize automated communications to improve engagement and personalization.
  • Optimize tactics and scheduling to ensure personalized and engaging user journeys across all automated touchpoints within each audience segment.
  • Conduct A/B testing on emails and chat messages to gather insights for growth, including content, placement, and segmentation rules.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, copywriting, and other teams to integrate social media efforts into cohesive marketing campaigns.

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in CRM marketing and email marketing within industries such as Casino and iGaming, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and CRM strategy development.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
